Terms of Service

1. Acceptance & age requirement

By using aurawellnesshq.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, register an account, or enter a financing agreement. If you are acting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

2. Account responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at support@aurawellnesshq.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Reservations & orders

Submitting a reservation does not charge your card. An Aura Wellness HQ specialist will contact you within two business hours to confirm configuration, financing, and delivery before any payment is taken. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues; any payment captured will be refunded in full.

4. Pricing & financing

Prices shown include manufacturer MSRP and exclude tax, delivery surcharges, and optional installation upgrades. Financing is provided by third parties (Affirm, Klarna, Bread Pay) and subject to their credit approval and disclosures. Prices are in US Dollars and may change without notice; the price displayed at order submission governs.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) scrape or republish site content for commercial use; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, server, or network; (c) interfere with the site's operation or security; (d) resell our products outside of an authorized dealer agreement; or (e) use the site in violation of any law or third-party right.

6. Intellectual property

The Aura Wellness HQ name, logo, photography, written content, and site design are the property of Aura Wellness HQ LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective manufacturers and are used under authorized-dealer arrangements.

7. Warranty

Each system carries the manufacturer's warranty plus the Aura Wellness HQ 5-year service plan. See our warranty page for details. Except for the express warranties stated there, products are provided "as is" and we disclaim all other warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Returns

Custom-built systems (most saunas and chambers) are non-returnable once production starts. Stocked accessories may be returned within 30 days unused. Full terms are in our Refund & Return Policy.

9. Health & wellness disclaimer

Saunas, cold plunge tubs, soft-shell hyperbaric chambers, and red-light therapy panels sold here are general wellness devices. Statements about benefits have not been evaluated by the FDA, and these products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always follow the manufacturer's safety instructions and consult a licensed physician before use, particularly if you are pregnant, immunocompromised, or managing a medical condition.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aura Wellness HQ LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if advised of the possibility.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aura Wellness HQ LLC, its officers, employees, and partners from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your misuse of a product, breach of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute not subject to arbitration is the state and federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

13. Dispute resolution & arbitration

Informal resolution first. Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at legal@aurawellnesshq.com and give us 30 days to resolve the dispute.

Binding arbitration. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and Aura Wellness HQ LLC agree to resolve it by individual binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration takes place in Laramie County, Wyoming, or by phone/video at your request. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class-action waiver. Disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only. You waive the right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action.

Small-claims carve-out. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court instead of arbitration.

30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to legal@aurawellnesshq.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, with the subject line "Arbitration opt-out" and your name and order email.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as our business evolves. Material changes will be announced with at least 30 days' notice via email (if we have your address) or a banner on the site. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

15. Severability, assignment, entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger or sale of assets. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and Warranty, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aura Wellness HQ LLC.
